- The Grape Hyacinth - 'Muscari armeniacum' produces densely packed spikes of tiny deep blue flowers
- Can bloom from April to May
- Easy to plant and grow this charming spring bulb quickly naturalises to form dense carpets of colour and has been awarded an RHS AGM
- Try planting the Armenian Grape Hyacinth beneath trees and shrubs as ground cover, on steep banks, in cottage gardens or even in patio pots where it provides spring nectar for bees
- Muscari flowers look ideal with daffodils, tulips and forget-me-nots and can also be cut for a small vase indoors
- Flowers reliably in the first year from planting
- Flowers from March through to May
- For best performance position in full sun or semi-shade
- Supplied as bulbs, plant at a depth of 10cm (4'') and a distance of 5cm (2'') apart
- At maturity, may reach a height of 20cm (8'') and spread of 10cm (4'')
