A consultation identifies any discrepancies and any effects these might have on the rest of patient's body. The practitioner then provides a number of foot care tips, exercises and small lifestyle alterations designed to help take a step towards peak podiatric condition. Recommendations may include tailored orthotics, which act to restore ideal posture and distribute pressure symmetrically on the feet and as a result, improve overall posture
