• Breakfast with a drink, one or two treatments and morning spa access. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7.30am and must be taken before registration in the Spa at 8.45am, Spa Access is from 9am-12pm

• Lunch with a drink, one to two treatments and morning or afternoon spa access. Morning spa access 09:00 – 12:00 and afternoon is 4pm-7pm 

• Afternoon tea, one or two treatments and afternoon spa access. Afternoon spa access is 12:30 – 15:30 

• Dinner with a drink, one or two treatments and spa access, Spa access is 16:00 – 19:00

• The Spa operate with both female and male therapists, should you have a preference please indicate this in the online booking special request field but this is not always guaranteed

• Please arrive 15 minutes before spa access to register with the spa and fill out a health questionnaire

• Outdoor hot tub and Sunlight therapy room (time slots will be allocated for the hot tub and sunlight therapy room) Meditation room may be booked on the day

Breakfast is a Continental & Full English buffet breakfast with fruit juice and tea/coffee

Lunch: £15 allocation towards lunch with a soft drink

Dinner: One-course meal from the inclusive menu - supplements apply on some dishes

Light bites: 2 small plates from the bar menu with a soft drink, Choices may include Dakgangjeong - crispy Korean chicken, Deep Fried Calamari with Tartare sauce, Mini Chorizo in a honey mustard sauce with buttermilk garlic mayonnaise or Halloumi Bites
