Present Groupon on arrival. 2-business day cancellation policy. Must be 18 or over. Valid for length of time chosen for packing, loading, unloading, unpacking and travel time between pick up and drop off. Max 1000 kg load. Excludes items that 2 people cannot reasonably carry or fit into a Volkswagen Crafter van. Areas covered - London, zones 1-3. Distance between pickup and drop off covered - 10 miles. If additional mileage and time is required after initial consultation, a 100% deposit is required via bank transfer. £2.50 per mile surcharge for additional miles. Arranging for parking is the customer’s responsibility and any parking tickets will be forwarded onto the customer. Parking needs to be arranged no more than 20 meters away from the property. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of £20 per additional 10 metres. £50 per hour surcharge for additional hours. £25 surcharge for delivering packing materials in advance.
