- Versatile and petite evergreen
- Provides excellent ground cover - can spread and form a carpet of colour
- Summer flowering from July through until August
- Ideal for planting at the front of garden borders or underplanting in patio containers
- Produces pretty bell-shaped mauve flowers
- Quick to establish and combines well with plants sharing a similar habit such as Aubretia and Erigeron karvinskianus
- Awarded Plant of the Year at Chelsea Flower Show in 2012
- Supplied as pot grown plants in 9cm nursery pots
- At maturity can reach a height of around 15cm with a spread of 50cm
- For best performance plant in well-drained soil in a sunny location
- Low maintenance - simply cut back after flowering in late autumn to encourage more blooms next year
