A complete introductory course of four classes to Capoeira. An artform of dance, acrobatics and martial arts.
Fun and interactive sessions learning the basic Capoeira techniques which will include kicks and dance rhythms as well as basic acrobatic moves. We pride ourselves in an inclusive and friendly atmosphere.
All levels of fitness and experience are welcome - all you need to bring is your gym kit and enthusiasm!
