About This Deal
The Deal
Newcomers to skiing or snowboarding will be able to pick up the basics through a series of beginners’ sessions. The course takes in level one (usually £70), two (£65) and three (£65), covering know-how from using travelators to fundamental skills out on the snow. Sessions take place on the smaller learning slope under the guidance of a qualified instructor, with all participants required to wear gloves. Ski trousers, jacket or both can be hired for a £6 surcharge, while glove hire is available for a £5 surcharge.
The Merchant
Chill Factore is located four miles from Manchester city centre, and right next to the Trafford Centre. The 180-metre indoor slope is made from real snow, and enjoyed by novices and experts alike. Skiing and snowboarding lessons cater for all skill levels, and winter aficionados of all ages can frolic in the Snow Park. After bursts of snowy activity, guests can unwind on the centre’s Alpine Street, where shopping and dining join the agenda.
