No cancellations. Please arrive 45 min early to collect tickets and equipment; admission may be refused if late for booked appointment. Must be 6 or older for skiing, 8 or older for snowboard. Under 10s must be accompanied by a participating adult. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Snow boots and helmets provided. Waterproof jackets and trousers available for hire at an additional charge of £8 (or £5 for trousers or jacket only), payable directly to merchant. Gloves are compulsory and available to buy for £5.
