Present Groupon on arrival. 7-day cancellation policy. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult; the adult must sign a disclaimer form and be present during the session. Session time is 55min. Customers are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before booked time - briefing will be 20 minutes followed by 55 minutes of climbing. Loose fitting clothes recommended.
