What to Expect

• Climbing challenges and activities
• 30-minute introduction, harness fitting, and briefing then a full 55 minutes of climbing
• Range of colorful and interactive climbing walls with different themes and difficulty levels
• Each wall has different elements and features such as holds, obstacles, and challenges to make the climbing experience fun and engaging

The Experience

• Step One: Booking
• Step Two: Ten-minute session, arrive 10 minutes before the booked session to ensure we have enough time to check you in. Waiver forms will be provided on arrival at reception for acknowledgment.
• Step Three: Thirty-minute session, the briefing session will start, you’ll be harnessed up and one of our instructors will talk you through the precaution-related information.
• Step Four: Sixty-minute session, time to Clip ‘n Climb – you will have a full 55 minutes in the climbing arena, then 5 minutes to de-brief and remove the harness
• Step Five: As long as you like, refuel and relax with some delicious food and drink in The Summit Café.

Good to Know

• The time you book is the start of the briefing introduction
• Strongly recommend booking sessions in advance, especially during our busiest times (weekends and school holidays).
• No other sessions but those advertised are available
• Available slots are restricted to sessions in which briefing time begins at 9:30 / 13:00 and 13:30 -except Wednesday and only afternoon sessions are available to book at 13:00 and 13:30.
• Suitable attire required
• Must sign a waiver
• Experience takes place seven days a week until the 3rd of September

Things to Consider

• If one parent or guardian is bringing multiple children, some of which are not his own, that adult is responsible for that group
• Loose-fitting clothes and trainers are recommended
• Only closed-toe shoes are allowed. For precautionary reasons, they cannot allow sandals, flip-flops, or rock shoes into the Clip ‘n Climb Arena
• Please keep jewelry to a minimum. They do have the lockers to secure jewelry if required
• Weight Restrictions – The minimum weight you have to be is 10kg and the maximum weight restriction is 150kg. This is to allow the Auto Belay to function securely
• Please ensure you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your booked session to enable us to sign you in. Your briefing starts at the time slot you have booked, if you should arrive late you may be asked to wait until after the session has started to have your harness fitted and securely briefing before entering the climbing arena.
