Fine Print
Same day appointments accepted. It is recommended to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Cancellations/amendments can be made at least 7 days in advance of your event date.
Please sign the waiver before arrival, your waiver is in your Booking Confirmation email. Alternatively, you can sign it here. Only adults can sign a waiver so they need to add each minor (Anyone under 18) name & DOB to their waiver. Must be to be at least 1 metre tall and a maximum of 18 stones/115kgs. Participants aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. At least 1 adult is required for every 10 people aged 12 and under. Please arrive 30 mins before your session starts for a short safety briefing. Grip socks are compulsory . You can bring your own or purchase them at reception for £2.
Redemption instructions
1. Visit Cloud 9’s website.
2. Select "General Admission Inflatables".
3. Then select "Xtreme Airpark - 1 Hour"
4. Enter the same number of participants as you have purchased on your groupon voucher (ie either 1, 2 or 4 people).
5. Select your preferred date then time.
6. Please read all their booking conditions then select "Add to Cart".
7. You’ll then need to enter your personal details.
8. Then you enter your groupon code (starting with GRPN) into the "Gift Card/Promotional Code" box and press ADD and it will then discount the Cloud 9 price back to zero as you’ve already paid via Groupon.
