• When can I visit?:

  • Term Times: Wednesday - Friday after school i.e., 4 pm - 7 pm
  • School Holiday: Every day (except Tuesdays) 10 am - 7 pm

• Please ensure you arrive 30 minutes prior to your session start time to allow enough time to check in, understand the health and rules, limber up, and psych yourself up for what will be the most ridiculous amount of fun you can have in an hour.

• Height restriction – everyone needs to be at least 1 meter tall.

• Weight restriction of 18 stones/115kg.

• Grip socks are required. You can bring your own, or purchase them at reception for £2.
