One or two participants can learn how to make classic English (vanilla) or American (red velvet) cupcakes with this two-hour course. Run by Xanthe, the class will guide participants through the process from the most effective way to fill the piping bag to a number of different decorating styles. Customers will learn the four most useful basic icing techniques.
