The Merchant
The Corner House is situated within a Victorian inn amid the Lancashire countryside. The pub and restaurant is located in Wrightington, just off the M6. The kitchen holds an AA Rosette and crafts British classics such as pies and Sunday roasts, while pasta dishes and Cajun-inspired items provide flavours from further afield.
Fare is complemented by real ales, continental lagers and wines from around the world. The historic building retains much of its period charm and the interior features dark wooden flooring, ceiling beams and framed artwork. The beer garden offers outdoor seating at picnic tables with parasols.
