Our policies 

There's a 72 hour reschedule policy on all appointments. Failure to reschedule 72hrs prior to an appointment will result in loss of your voucher value. 15 minutes or later to an appointment is class as a no show no exceptions will be made to these terms. (plan your route and parking before you set off)

Client must follow pre-care and after-care advise provided at the consultations

This treatment is not suitable for persons with the following;

-Taking any blood thinning medication 

-Active skin conditions on the scalp 

- Using medicated haircare products

-Hyperpigmentation 

-Suffering from any auto immune deficiency without a Dr's written consent

-Cancer patients 

-previous scalp micro pigmentation that is not of a good standard
