Restrictions: Mandatory booking required. Please email aehtulla@gmail.com, provide your groupon code. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Booking is mandatory and if customers do not book or are not on time, their entry can be refused. This applies especially for Saturdays, as this is the merchant's busiest day. Please arrive on time for the appointment, please do not come early. Any lateness of over ten minutes will mean that the customer is added on to the next available tour if possible. 24-hour cancellation policy. Mon-Sat 11am-5pm; Sun 11.30am-3.30pm. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. All spectators will need minimum of a tour ticket to be able to attend. All swim activities require no open wounds in the pool. Also pregnant women are not permitted to do any handling or swimming of any kind. For swims please bring a bathing costume or shorts and a t-shirt and towel. Photo and present available for collection on the day. Photographer retains copyright. Valid on option purchased only. Booking subject to availability. Video service available at additional cost.
