Under 4s must remain in the toddler zone, with the exception of the 10.45am session. Must be at least 1.2m tall to play in the Wipeout zone. Under 8s must be accompanied by an adult while in the sports hall; the adult does not have to participate. Socks must be worn at all times. Grip socks are not allowed. Not suitable for pregnant women. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances. Participants must only exercise within their own ability. No loose items allowed; keys must be left in pockets. No jewellery allowed. Participants are advised to remove eyewear if possible. Locker band keys must be retained within the protective cover. The team at Yeah! Days Out specialise in creative ideas for family-friendly leisure, welcoming visitors at a number of venues. Adventure seekers can put their fitness to test across a range of challenges at Tag X, collecting points by swiping a dedicated bracelet against colour-coded, hard-to-reach beacons.
