With a choice of lunch or dinner seating at the Brighton location, diners will be spoilt for choice with as many as 200 dishes to choose from. Options may include classic Chinese starters, mains, desserts and salads, fused with Japanese fare such as sushi, teppanyaki, and chef’s specials. Customers should note that all menu items are subject to change at any time.
