When sending tapes/VHS clients must include: name, address, contact number, and email. These must be sent along with a printed copy of the Groupon voucher. Valid only for option purchased. UK Mainland only. Sending tapes via Royal Mail Special Delivery is recommend. Valid for Streetwise Courier & APC delivery, signed & tracked delivery. Customers receive confirmation email when you tapes/VHS have been booked in by Digiscan. £5.00 charge per hour after a 3-hour tapes/VHS duration. Additional memory sticks/back up discs available for £4.99 per DVD, enquire the merchant directly. All original tapes and DVD's are returned in the same condition as when they were sent and returned with signed and tracked delivery. Clients will receive an automated email with a tracking number and delivery date. Customers not providing all contact details and Groupon security Code will not have the order processed.
