Doncaster Greyhound Stadium welcomes groups to the classic oval greyhound track with a covered spectator area for a night out at the races. Having nabbed a race programme each before the action kicks off at 7.30pm, visitors can refresh with a bottle of beer, glass of wine, or house spirit with mixer at the glass-fronted bar and dining room. Grumbling stomachs can also be satisfied with a choice of any main from the bar menu which features scampi and chips and hot dog and chips.

The Merchant

Designed specifically for greyhound racing, the three-story Doncaster Greyhound Stadium was constructed in 1993 and prides itself on being one of the safest tracks in the UK. The safety and well-being of the dogs is of the utmost importance to the stadium’s management, and they support the Retired Greyhound Fund. As well as racing action on the illuminated track, the stadium offers a full night out experience, with a restaurant, track-side bars and fast food stalls. Coach parties and stag and hen nights are also catered for with special packages, for a night to remember.
