Booking required at least two weeks in advance, please call 01236860701; booking line open Mon-Thu 8am-9pm, Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 9am-5pm and Sun 10am-5pm. Valid Mon-Fri, to be booked for time slots 9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm. No availability after 2pm on Fri. Provide Groupon code. Present Groupon on arrival. 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Must be 16 or older. All facilities must be used and treatments redeemed during one visit. It is advisable to bring swimwear, suitable clothing and footwear. Guests planning to use the gym must complete a health questionnaire. A £7 surcharge for robes and slippers hire. Guests that are pregnant will have a restricted choice of treatments and must have had their 12-week scan before massage treatments can be carried out. Suitable oils can be used on those who are currently breastfeeding. Treatments are not suitable for people suffering from cancer. Guests must be 12 months into remission and have a doctor’s note confirming suitability for treatments. Treatments may be unsuitable for guests with recent injuries, or those that have undergone recent surgery. Please check with the spa team for more details, if unsure. Valid Mon-Sun 10am-6pm.
