Yoga is one of the best ways to reduce weight and develop muscle tone, and is unmatched as a means of improving body health and well being.
Our style of Dynamic Yoga is cardiovascular – using body fat as fuel. Classes are held in our infrared heated yoga studio to help muscles, ligaments and joints to open without injury, and promote sweating to flush toxins from the body.
Yoga is not only proven to relieve psychological problems, sports injuries and many other ailments, yoga postures also help to encourage the supply of oxygenated blood to the central nervous system – boosting all systems gently, gradually and naturally. With regular yoga practise one’s whole body and posture is improved; bringing energy, strength and a feeling of lightness.

About Dynamic Hot Yoga Portslade
Dynamic Hot Yoga is an energetic form of Hatha Yoga based on powerful deep breathing and heat. The studio is heated to around 98F (slightly lower than the recommended Bikram Yoga temperature); our classes combine classical yoga and the science of sport.
