The Merchant

Located near Bunrstane train station in the east of the city, eh15 Restaurant serves up a host of student-created cuisine against the backdrop of panoramic views over the city, including Arthur’s Seat. A part of The Club at Edinburgh College, the venue looks to help nurture talented youngsters on their cooking and hospitality courses by providing a real-world environment to practise their skills in. The Club also offers visitors gym, spa and beauty areas to make use of.
