How to Wear the Elbow Straps:
- Open the brace
- Slide the brace onto the arm until the tendon compression pad is approximately 1'' (2 cm) below the most painful area of the elbow but not directly on it
- Position the elbow brace with its tendon compression pad facing outwards (if it’s Tennis Elbow) or facing inwards (if it’s Golfer’s Elbow)
- Secure it with the hoop tab but do not over tighten
- Readjust if needed
