The Merchant
First Floor Portobello sits on the corner of the iconic Portobello Road and has been open for almost 15 years. The Gothic-style restaurant is a renowned feature of the area with a menu that is eclectic in its culinary sources and has a strong emphasis on fresh and seasonal produce. Market-goers can stop off here for a casual Sunday brunch, while night owls will find regular DJ events and a lively cocktail scene. Sunday lunches and private functions are also regular features thanks to a private dining room on the upper level that’s equipped with a banqueting table to seat up to 28 guests.
