What's Included:
* Options 1 and 2 include a full consultation about what your health and fitness goals are as well as questions about any conditions that could impact your ability to exercise.
For many people the session will include a combination or cardio, conditioning, strength and mobility work.
All equipment is provided and sessions take place at either Kidbrooke Green Park, London SE3 9QT or at an agreed location within the London boroughs of Greenwich, Lewisham and Bexley.
Each session will include a warm-up and cool down and, afterward, time for discussion and feedback.
While one or three sessions are a great start, your health and fitness journey has only just begun! Groupon clients will be offered a further 20% discount on website-published prices if they sign up for more sessions.
* Option 3 is a series of 20 tests that help evaluate baseline health and fitness levels. The results can be used for information only or they can be measured against to monitor progress.
The tests include:
Heart health - blood pressure and heart rate
Body composition - B.M.I, body, fat percentage, muscle mass, bone density
Cardio respiratory fitness
Muscular fitness
Core strength
Posture
Balance and co-ordination
Lifestyle
Afterwards, you will receive a written report with the results and comparsions in relation to age and gender-matched norms.
