The Experience
Holidaymakers are invited to explore Portugal’s southernmost region, Algarve, and then head to Lisbon, the country’s vibrant capital city. Sandy beaches, charming local villages, and fun-packed water parks await travellers in Algarve, the area known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere. In Lisbon, holidaymakers can wander through narrow cobbled streets, see the old cathedrals and visit one of the famous viewpoints set on the hills. The city has also plenty to offer to those in love with food as it boasts countless restaurants and charming cafes, serving up everything from seafood to couscous. Participants of the tour will be accommodated in a choice of hotels, all featuring facilities such as flat-screen TVs and air conditioning.

Its late Gothic Manueline style flanked by Moorish watchtowers and stone-sculpted beasts is seen by many as an architectural symbol of Portugal’s Age of Discovery. The Berardo Museum provides a home for some of the world’s most famous modern art pieces, including works by 20th-century masters such as Pollock, Picasso, and Warhol. Adventure seekers may also choose a trip to Sintra-Cascais, where walking trails traverse the coastal forests of this natural park.

If you want to travel alone, single supplements will apply based on the departure date and time. Please enquire with the Travel Provider at the time of booking.

Transportation details:
Valid for direct flights from London Gatwick, London Luton, London Stansted, Manchester or Edinburgh to Algarve and from Lisbon back.
Bus transfers between the cities included.
Travel documents to be received up to 1 day before departure. You must go with your boarding pass printed to the airport, at the risk of having to pay additional charges.

Depending on flight schedules and transfers, the first or the last night might not be entirely spent in the hotel. Flight departure points, dates and hours are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed. Supplements may apply if busy dates get overbooked and you must always purchase the Groupon Voucher first.
