Alton Towers Resort comprises of the UK’s biggest Theme Park, Water Park and accommodation complex where guests can experience over 50 rides and attractions for adults and children alike.

• Who should I contact to find out if there are rooms available on the dates I want to stay, before buying my voucher? As the offer is only valid online we are unable to discuss availability over the phone. Please visit https://booking.altontowers.com/hotelbooking/grouponavailability.aspx to check availability on your chosen dates.

• I purchased a voucher for the Enchanted Village Lodges but there is only rooms left in the Alton Towers Hotel on the date that I want to stay? Your voucher will also be valid for the Alton Towers Hotel and Splash Landings Hotel and this can be changed during the online booking process (subject to availability) by selecting an alternative accommodation in step one.

• There is no availability on the dates that I want to visit? Unfortunately some of our rooms are limited in availability, particularly during peak times such as school holidays. We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

• Will my Theme Park / Water Park / Golf tickets be valid on the first or last day of my stay? You can choose which day you prefer to use your tickets. These will be issued at reception when you check in.

• How do I upgrade my room or add more people? Unfortunately we are not able to offer room/package upgrades as part of the offer.
