The Hotel
Nestled amongst the rugged scenery of the picturesque Glen Shiel, The Cluanie Inn makes for a perfect wilderness retreat. Once a staging post, the inn has been proudly serving travellers for over a century.
Walking tours, river rafting, canoeing and golfing are only a few activities that can be enjoyed nearby. The inn also lies en route to the Isle of Skye. With the crackling log fires and traditional decor, the cosy lobby makes for a perfect place to snuggle up and relax after a day of exploration.
Boasting rustic wooden furnishings and features with traditional accents, the rooms complement the wilderness views that they overlook. For a good night's sleep, the beds are dressed with luxurious goose down duvets and pillows. The rooms have en suite facilities, TVs, and ironing amenities.
Hearty Scottish classics, including burgers and ribs, as well as the well-known international treats, such as pizzas and tortillas, can be enjoyed in the casual bar on site.
Groupon’s Guide To The Scottish Highlands
Guests may go rambling around lakes and hillsides or trek the known routes in the Beinn Eighe nature reserve, near Kinlochewe. Walking aside, many fishing areas and golf courses are dotted around the area for more conventional activities.
Visitors may explore the great outdoors, taking to Loch Linnhe with a boat ride out to Seil Island for a nature-spotting trip. They may keep eyes peeled for herons and seals, with the odd porpoise known to sometimes make an appearance. Travellers may head north towards Fort William and find throat-warming ventures in the Ben Nevis Distillery at Lochybridge. Further afield, potentially snowy peaks can be sought on Glencoe Mountain, and visitors may even enjoy a whizz on the ski slopes.
Two Course Dinner available on 1st night stay only.
