All in all, visitors had a pleasant stay at the Mercure Peebles Barony Castle, giving the hotel a stately 3.5/5 star rating on TripAdvisor. Although some guests found rooms a little on the small side, many praised the stunning location, relaxing spa area and tasty meals rustled up in the restaurant.
