No modification or cancellation allowed after booking confirmation. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable to another destination once confirmed.

Pre-booking not required - customers must present their Groupon voucher upon arrival.

Limitations:
Must be 16 or older; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Children under 8 years are free. Children between the ages of 9-12 are charged at £15, paid directly to Plaza Express Lounge on arrival. Apart from Options 3 & 4 - children are included free of charge

Airside - The lounge is located within the restricted area where departing passengers have cleared customs and passport control, and for transit passengers who have cleared transit customs and security control.
Departure gates are located on Level 2. An onward boarding pass is required.
