The Hotel
Set in South West England, the four-star Rookery Manor is a 16th-century manor house boasting a blend of historical beauty and contemporary amenities. The hotel makes for an ideal base for exploring the Somerset countryside and the seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare which can be reached within a 30-minute drive.
The hotel boasts spacious deluxe rooms and suites that come complete with LCD TVs, hot drink-making facilities and private bathrooms. Some of the rooms have private balconies boasting scenic views.
The on-site restaurant tempts with an array of seasonal dishes, such as roasted venison haunch or baked mackerel with cherry tomato salsa, as well as an extensive wine list to complete the dining experience.
