The Hotel

Satis House is tucked away in rural Suffolk, surrounded by the Southwold's countryside and coastline. Inspired by the famous Satis House from Charles Dickens' novel 'Great Expectations', the hotel is set in an 18th-century Grade II-listed building, surrounded by three acres of ground.

Just an 18-minute drive away, guests can visit Aldeburgh Museum and learn about the history of the area. The area also has an abundance of golf courses, and Aldeburgh Music Theatre is only a 13-minute drive away.

Each room has its own style, some with antique-style bathrooms and four-poster beds, but all with en suite facilities and flat-screen TVs.
