The Hotel
Located in the Teme Valley, The Court House is a unique boutique country house B&B located at the world’s oldest motor racing venue ‘Shelsley Walsh’ offering guests the ultimate experience of driving the Great British Morgan sports car for the day, exploring the Cotswolds, Malvern, Shropshire Hills, valleys, rivers and miles of the rolling countryside behind the wheel of this English Classic hand-built car.
Guests are welcomed with a refreshing local ‘Chase’ Gin and Tonic on arrival then can relax in one of the elegant, individually designed boutique king rooms which reflect the grandeur of a fine English country Manor house.
Breakfast is made using local produce, prepared by the chef patron, and always cooked to order.
Guests can take walks along the many footpaths around the B&B or watch classic cars on the Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb. They can also take a tour of the Old Mill and 13th-century St Andrews Church located on the grounds.

Get behind the wheel of a Morgan and experience the sound, acceleration, and handling of one of British engineering’s most charismatic cars. For more than 100 years the Morgan Motor Company has been making beautiful sports cars in the Worcestershire town of Malvern. Famous for their unique blend of quality materials, craftsmanship, and performance, the Morgans hold a special place in the heart of many a motoring fan. Now guests have the opportunity to try one out for themselves with a Morgan Driving Experience that allows them to put these lovely cars through their paces for approximately five hours of unforgettable driving.

Morgan Car Hire Terms and Conditions:
Driver must be between the age of 25-75.
Documents: drivers must present a recent utility bill (issued within the last 3 months), one other form of proof of address (bank statement/council tax bill, etc.) and both photocard driving license and DVLA check code number (*see below for further details).
Driving license: drivers (max. 2 permitted per hire) must hold a full, current, valid up to date UK driving license, which must be produced on the collection of the vehicle, and should have more than 3 years driving experience.
The driver must be within the GB driving warranty.
Accidental damage: £500 deposit (per booking) is taken on the day of hire (can be taken on Visa or Mastercard) and will be refunded on safe return of the car, provided there is no damage to the vehicle. Please note: refund of the deposit can take up to 7 days to reach your card.
Fuel: the vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel, and should be returned at the same level (or 46p per mile will be charged).
*DVLA Check Code Number: As the paper counterpart of the UK driving licenses are now out of use (since 2015), guests are not required to bring this with them. However, it is necessary to complete the information (driving license number, National Insurance number and postcode). View your driving license information at https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence.

Morgan’s are fitted with a GPS tracking device, removal results in loss of deposit. Only residents of the Courthouse are permitted as drivers or passengers. Strictly no smoking whilst inside the car. Hire return time is 4pm, a charge of £50 for every half hour thereafter.
