Morgan Car Hire Terms & Conditions
Documents Drivers must present the following:
- A recent utility bill (dated within the last 3 months) and one other form of proof of address (e.g., bank statement, council tax bill).
- Both the photocard driving license and DVLA check code. (*See below for further details.)
Driving License
- Eligibility: Drivers (maximum of two per hire) must hold a full, valid, and up-to-date driving license.
- Experience: Drivers must have a minimum of three years of driving experience.
- License Type: Only UK driving licenses are accepted.
- Age Range: 25 to 75 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Drivers must be between 5'2" and 6'2" in height and have a normal build.
Accidental Damage
A £1,000 deposit (per driver) is required on the day of hire. This can be taken via Visa or Mastercard. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, provided there is no damage. Note: Refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If not, a charge of 46p per mile will be applied.
DVLA Check Code Number
As the paper counterpart of UK driving licenses is no longer in use (since 2015), guests are not required to bring them. Instead, drivers should view and provide their driving license information via the following link:

Additional Notes
- Residents of the Stagg: Only permitted as drivers or passengers.
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Hire Return Time: Vehicles must be returned by 4:00 PM. A late fee of £50 will be charged for every half-hour past this time.

Please print a copy of these terms and conditions and present it at check-in along with all other required documents. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the cancellation of the car hire without a refund.
