The Menus
Three-course set menu (available until 7 p.m.)
- Served with a glass of Chandon (or exchange for a soft drink or bottle of hop house lager)
- Starters: Empanada - beef, humita or sundried tomato and mozzarella | cured trout - burnt grapefruit, apple and citrus dressing | roasted sweet potato salad - red onions, glazed figs, goats curd and yoghurt dressing
- Mains: Rump steak (200g) | rib eye steak (250g) (£5 supplement) | chicken Milanese - fried egg, rocket and parmesan | pan seared bream - pickled fennel and dill | spring risotto - asparagus, peas and chimichurri
- All steaks are served with chips or rocket and kale salad and a choice of peppercorn, mushroom, béarnaise, blue cheese hollandaise or red wine jus
- Desserts: Dulce de leche flan - coconut crumble and meringue | affogato - espresso, dulce de leche ice cream and shortbread crumble | lemon tart with toasted Italian meringue
Chateaubriand menu with optional dessert

- 450g centre cut of slowly grilled fillet steak,
- Choice of sauces including: peppercorn | mushroom | blue cheese hollandaise
- Choice of sides including: chips with thyme salt | tomato salad - heirloom tomatoes dressed with aromatic oregano | potato puree with buttermilk | spinach with garlic and lemon | mushroom confit - beef dripping, garlic, chili and thyme | mac & cheese

About Gaucho
Gaucho first opened in London in 1994, with the inspiration of bringing steak from Argentina. The menus feature interpretations of dishes which have been loved at Gaucho restaurants in London and the UK for almost 25 years and are considered ‘Classics’. A new selection of dishes have been added - ‘Nuevo’ - which are a reflection of the innovation and creativity which has inspired a new generation of chefs and emerging restaurants now celebrated across Latin America. Their steaks come from premium Black-Angus cattle, bred in Argentina at hand-selected farms. Grazing on seventeen different types of grass from the Pampas provinces of Argentina, the cows enjoy a lush, free-range lifestyle in an area famed for its fertile soil.
