- Also known as Spanish Lavender
- Compact, upright, evergreen shrub
- Aromatic, grey-green leaves
- Heads of fragrant purple flowers
- Flowers in late spring and throughout summer
- Can attract bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects
- Once established, French Lavender is drought-tolerant
- Easy to grow and needs very little maintenance
- Prune twice a year: trim lightly in mid to late summer, removing spent flower heads; then again in early spring, removing about 2.5cm of growth
- Supplied as a set of plug plants, ready to pot up and grow on before hardening off and moving to their final positions
- Size at maturity: approx. 30cm
