The Butterfly Garden

• Place the cup (with caterpillars) in a safe place away from direct sunlight
• Caterpillars will remain in cup and eat, spin silk and grow up to ten times their original size
• After seven to ten days they hang upside down and harden into chrysalides
• Once the chrysalides have hardened, gently move them into the pop-up butterfly habitat
• Takes approximately ten more days for them to transform into adult Painted Lady butterflies
