• Every 12 weeks and at Christmas if eligible, the customer will be notified of the next Laithwaite’s Wine Plans selection, which he will automatically receive unless he requests otherwise
• He will be charged the appropriate sum for each delivery (a £7.99 delivery charge will be added). There is no obligation, the deliveries of Laithwaite’s Wine Plans cases can be stopped or delayed at any time
• Purchasers must be 18 years or over
• Person who signs for package will be checked for ID
• Only one Laithwaite’s Wine Plan case per household
• Items are offered at the price and quantity stated
• If you wish to order different quantities, please call us for prices and availability
• Offer only available while stocks last
• In the unlikely event of a wine becoming unavailable, a substitute of similar style and of equal or greater value will be supplied
