- All meat is British
- Six 8-9oz Sirloin Steaks (6 x 226g min.)
- Two 6-7oz Rump Steaks (2 x 170g min.)
- 12oz of Unsmoked Rindless Back Bacon (340g)
Sirloin Steaks
- Dry aged for a minimum of 21 days
- Slow-grown heritage breeds: Angus, Ruby, Longhorn, Shorthorn, Dexter or White Park
- Free range, 100% grass fed and finished
- Thick-cut, deeply-coloured and intense in flavour
- Well marbled, but leaner than Ribeye
Rump Steaks
- Dry aged for a minimum of 21 days
- Slow-grown heritage breeds: Angus, Ruby, Longhorn, Shorthorn, Dexter or White Park
- Free range, 100% grass fed and finished
- Thick-cut, deeply-coloured and intense in flavour
- The leanest of the steaks, less marbled and fatty than Ribeye or Sirloin
Unsmoked Rindless Back Bacon
- Dry cured, no added water
- Outdoor bred, outdoor reared and slow-grown Gloucester Old Spot, Cornish Black, Berkshire, Tamworth or Blythburgh
- Free range
- Thick-cut, slightly more moist than smoked bacon, as it has not been through the smoking process
- Great in sandwiches, breakfasts and wrapped round a pork sausage
