Create a system built around daily activities with the Jawbone UP 24. UP 24 is an activity and sleep tracking wristband that connects to iOS, Android devices and available fitness apps, via wireless to give helpful information in order to guide the user in taking actions that may help improve health and fitness. The Jawbone UP 24 also monitors activities and sleep patterns, gently vibrating to let the user know if he or she has been sitting for too long.
