A.R. Rahman UK Tour
Concertgoers can experience musician, singer and record producer A.R. Rahman as he embarks on a tour of the UK. Rahman’s unique music style is a combination of eastern classical sounds with modern electro and traditional orchestral arrangements. A.R. showed his work to the world when Danny Boyle asked him to work on the film score for Slumdog Millionaire. This soundtrack along with the title track earned Rahman a Golden Globe, two Academy Awards and two GRAMMYs. Indian cinema fans are in for a treat as A.R. will be joined by Benny Dayal, Neeti Mohan, Jonita Gandhi and Tamil sensation Haricharan. The first of the award-winning artist’s shows will be held in London on 24th March, on 25th March he heads to Birmingham and the final performance will take place in Manchester on 26th March.
