The Concert
Sonority resounds in grand confines as Derby Concert Orchestra take to the stage at Derby Cathedral. The players tackle the varying textures of Brahm’s Academic Festival Overture, before Graham Morris runs through Dvorak’s Cello Concerto Solo. The evening fittingly closes with Rimsky-Korsakov’s symphonic poem, Scheherazade. Attendees can take their seats at the cathedral from 6pm, ahead of the 7pm performance.
