Settling in for a night at the races (usually £5.50), visitors can browse a programme before the action kicks off at 7.30pm. Grumbling stomachs can be satisfied with a choice of any light meal from the bar menu from options including hot dog and chips, a pie with peas and gravy, curry and chips or chilli Con Carne and chips (up to £5).

The Merchant

Designed specifically for purpose, the three-story Doncaster Greyhound Stadium was constructed in 1993 and prioritises the safety and well-being of its canines as a member of the Retired Greyhound Fund. As well as racing action on the illuminated track, the stadium offers the full package for a night out with a restaurant, track-side bars and fast food stalls. The stadium regularly plays host to seasonally themed events and provides entertainment for coach parties and stag and hen nights.
