Festival of Food and Drink

Festival of Food and Drink launches mid-September for the fifth time to celebrate food from all around the globe. The festival features a food and drink marquee, the gathering of 150 quality retailers in the region, plus a cookery theatre playing host to a line-up of celebrity chefs and special guests such as Phil Vickery, Jane Beedle, Rosemary Shrager and Andrew Smyth who will all be cooking and showcasing their specialities. The beautiful things marquee will feature items ranging from jewellery to homeware, while the School of Artisan Food will provide a hands-on experience in food production. Guests will have the chance to visit the food court which features live music and a selection of cafes and bars offering street food, barbecue, international cuisine, craft beers, cocktails and more.
