Lee Valley Lions Ice Hockey Team
Lee Valley Lions is an ice hockey club based in Leyton, East London. It dates back to 1984 when the original men’s Lee Valley Lions team was formed. Having spent 11 seasons in British ice hockey’s second tier - Division 1 of the Heineken league until 1993, the team folded in 1995. The club’s junior section operated until 2005 when the club was reformed and the senior section entered into the English National League. Presently Lee Valley Lions compete in the National Ice Hockey League.
