The Event
Family favourite Jack and the Beanstalk brings pantomime spectacle to the stage at Stiwt Theatre. Struggling to support his widowed mother, our hero strikes a deal with a mysterious stranger to sell his prize cow. The fallout of the fateful trade sees Jack encounter towering flora, a disgruntled giant and a fruitful goose. A cast of familiar faces features 2009 X-Factor contestant Lloyd Daniels in the eponymous role, as well as former Coronation Street star Bruce Jones. The enduring fairytale is reimagined by way of songs, humour and audience participation.
