Mind Body Spirit Festival
Mind Body Spirit Festival sees the NEC host a varied celebration of mental, physical and spiritual wellness. An array of classes and taster sessions covering topics such as yoga, life coaching, dance and movement are available at the Wellbeing studio, while live demonstrations and presentations give the visitors an insight into the latest scientific breakthroughs in the field of healing during The Aspects of Healing feature. A Mantra Lounge presents a programme of meditation, houses discussions of relationships and romance, and a tranquil music experience. Attendees can take advantage of the Ceremony Space, where Kwali Kumara and Pashet focus on ceremony-based experiences. Visitors can also opt to book a ticket to Sandy Newbigging workshop, which takes place on Friday 4 November at 1.30 - 3.30pm.
