An Evening with Alison Balsom

The Royal Albert Hall presents an evening with multi-award-winning trumpet player Alison Balsom this October. The show sees Alison take audiences on a journey through Paris with pieces taken from her latest album, as well as some of her personal favourites. A veteran of several performances at the famous Hall, she will be accompanied by a jazz trio and string section, with the show including pieces by Bach, Gershwin, Vivaldi and Piazolla, along with some jazzy interludes. Tickets are available in the Circle or Rear Circle, with customers asked to collect their tickets from the box office, located at Door 12, on the day.

Alison Balsom has received several awards over the years, with recent nods including a nomination for the 2013 Classical Brit Award for Female Artist of the Year, as well winning the 2013 Gramophone Award for Artist of the Year.
