Tickets are valid for one-day entry only, categorised as ''weekday'' or ''weekend'' rather than individual dates, as per the client’s request. Children aged 15 and under can attend anyday for free. Children’s tickets can be collected from the Box Office upon arrival. Carers must be accompanied by a paying disabled visitor. 14-day cancellation rights do not apply; no refunds or exchanges permitted.
